About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. in Metro Manila. As a full-time Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and helping our clients optimise their operations through robust data analysis and insights.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  4. Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to improve efficiency and reliability
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry best practices
  6. Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualisation software
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  4. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs
