Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Data Analyst
to support all business lines within the International SOS Group. This role will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting data using tools such as
Excel
,
Power BI
, and
Copilot
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and dashboard creation, with the ability to communicate insights effectively through
PowerPoint presentations
and
dynamic dashboards
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business units across the group.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using
    Power BI
    and
    Copilot
    .
  • Utilize
    Excel
    for advanced data manipulation, modeling, and reporting.
  • Present findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner using
    PowerPoint
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and strategic improvements.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from various departments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    ,
    Power BI
    , and
    Copilot
    .
  • Strong experience in creating
    dynamic dashboards
    and
    data visualizations
    .
  • Excellent presentation skills using
    PowerPoint
    .
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-business line environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with other BI tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, security, or corporate services industries is advantageous.
