Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales, located in Muntinlupa City, with some flexibility for remote work. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth. The role also involves analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, setting sales goals, and ensuring the sales team meets targets.

- Experience in Team Management and Account Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
