Oversee the quality of strategy implementation through planned tactics and allocated resources. Ensure the achievement of business unit revenue targets, co-create and monitor budgets and cost proposals. Identify emerging technologies and communication channels for potential digital solutions and new product offerings.

Per Brand ResponsibilitiesDevelop growth plans in collaboration with brand owners, aligned with their short, mid, and long-term priorities. Operationalize strategic and tactical plans, managing resources effectively. Optimize and co-develop processes for emerging services and new dynamics.

Identify key partners essential for executing brand strategies. Lead the development of strategic communication plans by understanding clients' business and digital challenges, providing insights and solutions. Create frameworks and presentations to showcase agency outputs effectively.

Stakeholder ManagementRepresent Propel Manila in ensuring talent understands and executes the agency's strategic objectives, policies, and culture programs. Collaborate with Culture & HR to represent talent interests in management meetings, focusing on career development and agency culture. Build and maintain strong client relationships, enriching connections with key divisions.

Company Culture Fit & Culture AdditionPromote and embody the agency's culture within the team and colleagues. Act as an ambassador of the agency culture daily. Key Skills and RequirementsProblem-solving, persistence, and belief in the power of big ideas.
