The strengths of Account Directors focus on: Business Unit Strategy Development & Execution Management Brand Development & Execution Management Talent & Stakeholder Management Company Culture Fit & Culture Addition Business Unit Strategy Development & Execution Management Contribute to developing the business unit's strategy for brand growth, revenue, talent development, and resource management, aligned with the agency-wide strategy set by the Executive Committee.

Oversee the quality of strategy implementation through planned tactics and allocated resources. Ensure the achievement of business unit revenue targets, co-create and monitor budgets and cost proposals. Identify emerging technologies and communication channels for potential digital solutions and new product offerings.

Per Brand Responsibilities Develop growth plans in collaboration with brand owners, aligned with their short, mid, and long-term priorities. Operationalize strategic and tactical plans, managing resources effectively. Optimize and co-develop processes for emerging services and new dynamics.

Identify key partners essential for executing brand strategies. Lead the development of strategic communication plans by understanding clients' business and digital challenges, providing insights and solutions. Create frameworks and presentations to showcase agency outputs effectively.

Stakeholder Management Represent Propel Manila in ensuring talent understands and executes the agency's strategic objectives, policies, and culture programs. Collaborate with Culture & HR to represent talent interests in management meetings, focusing on career development and agency culture. Build and maintain strong client relationships, enriching connections with key divisions.

Company Culture Fit & Culture Addition Promote and embody the agency's culture within the team and colleagues. Act as an ambassador of the agency culture daily. Key Skills and Requirements
