Job Summary:
The Promotions and Pricing Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and effective execution of all promotional and pricing strategies across e-commerce platforms. This role will serve as the key executor of tactical implementation, maintaining system accuracy, compliance with trade memos, and alignment with the brand's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Promotions Management
- Implement promotions on marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Zalora) and brand websites based on approved trade memos and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure all promo mechanics, timelines, and SKU details are accurate.
- Monitor live promotions for accuracy, alignment, and performance, flagging and resolving any issues in real-time.Ensure promos are submitted and enrolled in campaigns within platform cut-offs and guidelines.
Pricing Execution
- Upload and update prices as per Price Change Advice (PCA) files, ensuring 100% alignment with approved documentation.
- Verify pricing implementation across systems (OMS/WMS/marketplace portals) to avoid discrepancies and revenue leakage.
- Ensure proper documentation and version control of PCA files to support audit trails and post-campaign reviews.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Client Services, Inventory, and Ops) to ensure synced pricing updates across systems.
Data Validation and Compliance
- Perform post-implementation checks to validate if pricing and promo mechanics are properly reflected on all platforms.
- Maintain SKU-level pricing and promotions tracker for auditing and reporting.
- Identify and escalate pricing errors, overlaps, or potential issues to the team lead and relevant departments.
- Support in system clean-ups related to expired or outdated promos and price configurations.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide reports on price change status, promo execution accuracy, and campaign completion.
- Assist in promo post-mortem reviews by compiling execution insights and error logs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in pricing, promotions, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Shopify) is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 100% accuracy in pricing and promo implementation based on PCA and Trade Memo.
- Timeliness of execution within platform and internal cut-offs.
- Minimal to zero pricing or promo-related customer complaints or order errors.
- Resolution time for implementation-related issues.
- Clean execution of campaign lifecycle (start to end).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php30,000.00 per month
