Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for DIY store channels to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the DIY retail segment.
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with key DIY retail partners
  • Lead, train, and motivate promodisers to ensure effective brand representation and customer engagement.
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to update promodisers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Drive in-store promotions and merchandising activities to maximize product visibility.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in DIY, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and driving channel sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
