OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The Head of Digital Channels focuses on keeping clients satisfied with the experience in digital channels (mobile app and web), and managing digital channels roadmap. The Head is based in Taguig City, Philippines, and shall report under the Head of Segments and Growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identify key objectives, financial, and other performance measures for the department
  • Drive and achieve KPIs for Digital Channels
  • Keep abreast of the performance standards in the industry such as cost, HCs, remuneration, service delivery, system robustness, etc., and implement short/long term initiatives to improve UI/UX
  • Offer people leadership to managers and individuals across the Digital Channels teams to build core values and desired culture
  • Provide a great and continuous working environment by leading staff engagement activities and focus on staff's learning journey to ensure we build a strong, multi-skilled and profession team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and external auditors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in any discipline
  • At least had 3 years of experience in Digital Product Management
  • At least had 2 years of experience in leading a team of product managers

Required Competencies and Skill

  • Understanding on product life cycle, product management, and UI/UX
  • Numeracy and good problem solving ability
  • Ability to communicate performance and data in a business context and make information easily available to all
  • Understanding how information flows to recommend strategies on how to democratize and operationalize data
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including its inherent risks
  • Excellent strategic business logic to influence strategy based on data
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proactive
  • Personal integrity and ethics
  • Strong interpersonal skills which allows the candidate to effectively engage with both senior stakeholders and peers across different teams
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Strong people management skills

Hybrid setup: 2-3x a week onsite at BGC, Taguig City
