About The Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing activation plan aligning priorities with those of our customers.
  • Collaborate with strategic marketing and commercial leaders to bring differentiated value propositions to life through tailored content.
  • Partner with sales teams to generate demand by delivering presentations, consumer insights, and customized solutions.
  • Lead the execution of customer experiences and engagements to elevate presence.
  • Foster relationships and build strategic partnerships with key customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of channel dynamics, consumer trends, and customer strategies.
  • Support the creation of account plans by leveraging insights into channel behavior and evolving consumer preferences.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Activation Strategy: Develop a comprehensive activation plan that aligns priorities with those of our customers.
  2. Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing and commercial leaders to create tailored content, presentations, and consumer insights.
  3. Customer Engagement: Lead the execution of customer experiences and engagements to elevate presence.
  4. Channel Partnerships: Foster relationships and build strategic partnerships with key customers.
  5. Market Research: Collaborate with the Insights team to design and execute proprietary market and consumer research.
  6. Commercial Account Planning: Support the creation of account plans by leveraging insights into channel behavior and evolving consumer preferences.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in marketing, brand management, activation, and event management.
  • Solid business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills and high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
  • Skilled in research methodologies and capable of generating actionable insights from diverse data sources.
