Job Summary:

The IT Support Analyst / Systems Engineer handles technical requests filed by the company's customers. The primary responsibility is troubleshooting and analyzing reported issues and coordinating with other departments and principal for permanent resolution. When the situation turned back to normal, the IT support analyst / Systems Engineer will also be going into customer sites during deployment, installation and support if needed.

Job Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and solving technical issues that will arise with the company's products.
  • Should be able to communicate well with clients, paying attention to their concerns and providing clear, regular updates for ongoing requests and issues.
  • Coordination with foreign principals
  • Documentation of issue reports and fixes for easier knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor the status and health of the company's products
  • Attend meetings and training.
  • Visiting Customer sites if necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in IT / Engineering related fields
  • Must have experience working with Linux
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Internet savvy with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Process oriented and have keen attention to details.
  • Ability to learn and work on changing and evolving technologies.
  • Must have pleasing personality.
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Willing to work on Makati and must have good internet connection for Hybrid Working Set-up
  • No restrictions when it comes to working time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
