We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming Oil Depot and Industrial Construction Projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of safety regulations and hands-on experience in high-risk, industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and enforce site safety policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSHA, and company safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident investigations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Train workers on safety practices and emergency response procedures.
  • Oversee issuance and compliance of work permits for high-risk activities.
  • Respond to accidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Safety Officer (SO2/SO3) under DOLE or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Safety Officer in oil depot, industrial, petrochemical, or large-scale construction projects (required).
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, risk management, and construction safety best practices.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-risk environment.
  • Physically fit and willing to be assigned on-site.
