  • Ensure and maintain compliance with standard in compliance with safety rulings as mandated and as implemented by the DOLE.

  • Responsible in meeting compliance, including filling out the required forms and reports, such incident reports, and other mandatory reports in compliance of the Company with existing rules and regulations to avoid fines and strengthen safety in the premises. Train Employees

  • The safety officer will be responsible in the aspect of the company's environmental health and safety.

  • Conduct investigation during accidents on the job site whether major or minor injury and prepares the report.

  • Regularly checks compliance with the PPE as required while on site and ensure that company policies are followed.

  • Assist the Site Engineer during tool box meetings and makes sure that everyone follows.

  • Can communicate and make reports on site incidents and accident.

  • Can respond with alertness to situations happening on site.

  • Assist the Site Engineer on admin task as needed.

  • Acts as site time keeper ensuring all documents are complied, submitted on time for payroll processing at the Head Office.

  • Acts as Liaison officer from Site to the Head Office.

  • Other tasks as may be assigned and as needed.
