About the role

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility in Lipa City Batangas. This full-time position is responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments. You will be a key contributor in maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team
  • Ensuring accurate inventory management and control procedures are followed
  • Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in a timely manner
  • Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Providing training and development to warehouse associates to enhance their skills
  • Promoting a safe and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar warehousing or logistics team leader role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment
