About the role

As a Warehouse Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehousing operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately verifying and documenting the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse
  • Performing regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assisting with the preparation and organization of shipments, ensuring the correct items are picked and packed
  • Identifying and reporting any discrepancies, damages, or issues with stored goods
  • Collaborating with the wider logistics team to optimize warehouse operations and processes
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a checking or quality assurance role
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift (desirable)
