About the role

In this full-time position based in Talisay City Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Resolving customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant systems
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
