We're looking for a Business Process Analyst who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. This role plays a key part in understanding, analyzing, and improving business processes across departments to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, document current workflows, recommend process improvements, and support the implementation of optimized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes and workflows.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and validate requirements.
  • Develop clear process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support project planning, testing, and change management related to process enhancements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented changes.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and process review sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure processes align with company goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or BPM systems.
  • Background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php75,000.00 per month
