JOB QUALIFICATION

  • A College graduate of Accounting, Business Management, or Finance provided that the candidate has the required relevant work experience indicated and with the approval of the hiring manager and department head.
  • Over 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable, or familiar with, MS Office or Google Suite

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receives requests for creation/update/revision of Accounting Department's policy documents

  2. Gathers all necessary data and information for the policy documentation

  3. Conducts inquiries, interviews, and walk-throughs with the process owner to verify actual vs. standard procedures and communicates the noted discrepancies with the Business Process Analyst

  4. Drafts Operational Manuals (OM), Process Flowcharts (PF), and Supporting Documents (SD), collectively referred to as 'policy documents'

  5. Submits drafted policy documents to the Business Process Analyst for initial review

  6. Updates/revises drafted policy documents based on review comments of the reviewer

  7. Files request for online approval of policy documents in the system for HR-QMS processing.

  8. Updates monitoring of approved policy documents upon release of policy announcement.

  9. Accomplishes all other duties that may be assigned from time to time
