Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Develop comprehensive technical and functional specifications that align with product goals and customer needs.

Act as a conduit between product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications

Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure product specifications are adhered to throughout the development lifecycle

Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a

related field.


• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or technical environment.


• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product management.

Proficiency in creating technical documents, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.


• Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and technical integration processes.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.


• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
