As a Marketing Assistant, you'll serve as the central hub for all marketing activities, working across multiple disciplines to drive growth and market presence.

Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 48,000
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible during client business hours | Canada, Eastern Time

  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive target market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to expand market presence
  • Create engaging content across various marketing channels and platforms
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility
  • Design, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate and manage overall marketing strategy execution and campaign performance
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance metrics and ROI
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership on marketing strategy development
  • Serve as the central coordinator for all marketing activities and initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with foundational knowledge across multiple disciplines (social media, SEO, content creation, paid advertising)
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Content creation abilities across various formats and platforms
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and campaign management tools
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to adapt and learn new marketing tools and technologies
  • Performance-driven mindset with experience working toward KPIs and measurable outcomes
