About the role

Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Mother Ignacia Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will play a key part in supporting the marketing efforts for our diverse portfolio of luxury brands. You will work closely with the Brand Management team to execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for luxury brands

  • Support the creation of compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral

  • Coordinate events and product launches to generate excitement and interest around our luxury brands

  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Provide administrative support to the Brand Management team as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the luxury or retail industry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in using various marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, social media platforms, and data analytics tools

  • A keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing marketing content

  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
