We seek an Admin/Marketing Assistant to manage administrative tasks and support marketing initiatives across various platforms. The role involves organizing schedules, handling communications, and assisting with social media and advertising campaigns to enhance organizational presence. This position is critical for ensuring operational efficiency and effective marketing execution.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft reports, and maintain organized records and databases.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Support advertising campaigns by researching target audiences and coordinating ad placements.
  • Prepare and edit marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on social media engagement and campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer or client information in CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or marketing roles, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of market research techniques and advertising principles.
