We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a high-impact data transformation initiative aimed at building a more robust and integrated data ecosystem. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving decisions through data.

The Senior Data Analyst will work with business and technical teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, enabling actionable insights and supporting strategic initiatives. The role involves end-to-end analysis—from requirements gathering to QA and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct business process and data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and outliers.
  • Work with data engineers to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation on data sources, methodologies, and analysis outputs.
  • Support QA, data validation, and UAT efforts.
  • Perform additional tasks relevant to the role as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business or Data Analyst.
  • Expertise in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other analytics/reporting tools.
  • Experience in business strategy, market analysis, and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with large, complex datasets.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience in QA, data validation, and user testing.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with data modeling, statistical techniques, Python or R.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Hybrid setup: Required to report on-site 3 times per week.
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.
  • On-site presence may be required if requested by the project team—compliance is mandatory.
