About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Data Analyst
to support a high-impact data modernization program. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to drive strategic decisions and improve organizational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, map business processes, and deliver actionable insights across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data consistency and integrity
  • Provide analytical support for decision-making through dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Map business processes and gather functional requirements
  • Document methodologies, data sources, and results comprehensively
  • Support QA, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations based on analysis
  • Perform additional tasks as needed within the scope of the program

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:

  • At least
    5 years
    of experience in data analysis or business analysis roles
  • Strong command of
    Excel, SQL, Power BI
    , and other analytics/reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of
    business processes, market analysis
    , and strategic planning
  • Familiar with
    data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT workflows
    , and
    QA/UAT procedures
  • Effective communicator, capable of translating data into actionable business insights
  • Experience in
    Python or R
    , data modeling, and statistical methods is a plus

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid Setup
    : Required to report onsite
    three times per week
  • If requested by the project team, onsite presence is mandatory
  • Candidates must be based in the Philippines
