The Senior Data Analyst uses advanced analytics to interpret marketing data, create actionable insights, and optimize campaigns. Collaborating closely with the stakeholder, marketing teams and other functions, the Senior Data Analyst translates data findings into strategic recommendations that drive business growth and competitive advantage.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Assessment: Conduct data assessments to gauge client's data and marketing maturity, define data goals and objectives, and clarify project scopes wit client stakeholders.
  • Strategy Development: Providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends using statistical techniques and tools.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Creating comprehensive reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, including marketing teams, executives, and clients.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and align procedures and timelines for data operations and KPIs with clients. Build and stabilize data processes and workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with MarOps to understand data sources and create workflows to create a seamless environment between all MarTech platforms.
  • Priority Coordination: Coordinate priorities with client stakeholders, identifying dependencies or risks proactively.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborating with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, such as adjusting targeting strategies, refining messaging, or reallocating budget.
  • People Management: Serve as a senior buddy to data analysts and associates, offering guidance and support to foster their professional development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing analyst or in another analytical role in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Marketing Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of marketing metrics, customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and ROI measurement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with databases, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to extract and manipulate data effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex data findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including marketing teams and senior management.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform data analysis and strategy development.
  • Ability to onboard and train new analysts effectively.
  • Experience in data driven change management within marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
