Job Description

  • Work with the Product Owners to develop the user stories provided
  • Lead the team of developers and align technical direction
  • Create technical solutions with the solutions architect
  • Work on the releases and ensure that they are aligned with the product roadmap
  • Work with the app support team to address system issues

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant software development/ solutioning experience in required discipline
  • 3+ years experience using databases (MySQL, Postgres, Orcale, etc)
  • 1+ years of leading and mentoring an engineering team
  • 3+ years experience in using cloud (preferably AWS)
  • Experience in implementing microservices is a plus

  • Experience in troubleshooting complex systems.

  • For Technical Lead for Appian, Appian Development Certification is a plus.
