We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our high-performing team. This role is focused on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our innovative Hotel Management System (HMS). The ideal candidate brings **6 months to 1 year of sales experience—preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry—**and is eager to excel in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Promote and sell HMS solutions to hotel owners, general managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new business and strengthen client relationships.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and live system demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth post-sale implementation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, revenue targets, and client activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at sales events, client meetings, and industry functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of proven sales experience; background in hotel or hospitality sales is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati City and to travel for client visits and events.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
