Job Role:

The Sales Officer plays a key role in executing the sales strategies of the Commercial Group. This role requires a proactive and independent approach to lead generation, client engagement, and conversion. The Sales Officer is expected to manage a growing portfolio of prospects, contribute to revenue targets, and demonstrate deeper knowledge of the company's services and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound efforts, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Prepare and send sales correspondences including letters of intent, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtual, to present service offerings and assess client needs.
  • Maintain and manage a personal sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress toward monthly targets.
  • Customize sales materials based on client industry, size, and specific security service requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and the Commercial Group Manager on complex accounts and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Contracts team to ensure accuracy and completeness of commercial proposals.
  • Record and manage all sales activities using the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare weekly reports for review.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, or business development meetings as a representative of the company.
  • Ensure proper transition of closed deals to the Account Management team for client onboarding.

Qualifications

  • College or University Graduate
  • at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales management.
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Open to work onsite and go on field work.
