Key Responsibilities

Focus on advising applicants on visa requirements, promoting and selling optional visa services like insurance and courier, identifying upsell opportunities, and supporting the achievement of sales targets through direct customer interaction and promotional activities. These roles are customer-facing, require sales and operational skills, and often involve handling customer queries, completing paperwork, managing transactions, and assisting with value-added services while ensuring compliance and quality standards. Skills Required

  • Customer Interaction: Strong ability to advise and assist customers with their visa applications.
  • Sales & Upselling: Skills in promoting and selling additional services to applicants.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ability to manage sales records, transactions, and reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Compliance: Understanding of VFS Global's operational and sales policies and procedures.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Actively promote and upsell services to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Promotional Activities: Help develop and implement sales promotions to attract more applicants and drive service usage.
  • Operations and Compliance: Maintain sales records, submit daily reports, manage cash transactions, and monitor sales deliverables to meet quality standards.
  • Value-Added Services: Provide support for various services including document pre-verification, application filling, appointment scheduling, courier, printing, and photographs.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
