Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:

  2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

  3. Conduct market research and align strategies with product development.

  4. Brand Management:

  5. Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across channels.

  6. Drive advertising campaigns (TV, digital, print) for effective promotion.

  7. Campaign Management:

  8. Plan and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) to meet objectives.

  9. Oversee promotional activities, including trade shows and sampling events.

  10. Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  11. Lead digital marketing efforts (email, SEO, PPC, social media).

  12. Manage social media presence, fostering engagement and handling consumer feedback.

  13. Market Analysis & Consumer Insights:

  14. Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

  15. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

  16. Collaboration with Sales & R&D:

  17. Work with sales teams on marketing initiatives and with R&D on product launches.

  18. Develop sales support materials (brochures, trade decks).

  19. Budget & Resource Management:

  20. Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

  21. Track expenses and report on financial performance.

  22. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  23. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.

  24. Ensure cross-department collaboration for seamless product launches.

  25. Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Marketing:

  26. Ensure all marketing materials comply with food industry regulations.

  27. Maintain ethical marketing practices to build trust with consumers.

  28. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  29. Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and report to senior management.

  30. Use KPIs to assess success and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in a managerial role within the food industry. Proven expertise in brand management and consumer engagement.
  • Strong in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • Proficient in market analysis, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of food regulations (labeling, advertising standards).
  • Familiar with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, content management) and market research tools. Experience in event planning and public relations.
