Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement trade marketing programs.
  • Manage the product portfolio and identify opportunities for new product development and innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, including sales, market share, and consumer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Strong leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time
