Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee client social media accounts, monitor page interactions, and ensure content is posted as scheduled.
  • Content Development: Write compelling social media captions and press releases, while collaborating with the creative team for innovative content ideas.
  • Team Coordination: Assist in project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Reports & Recommendations: Prepare monthly reports for clients, offering actionable insights to enhance campaigns.
  • Immersions: Participate in client immersion sessions to capture media assets for marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Conceptualization: Contribute to brainstorming and developing marketing campaigns for various brands.
  • Training & Development: Attend and relay new skills and techniques to the team after participating in relevant training programs.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Social Media Ad Placements: Oversee and manage ad placements on social media platforms, ensuring optimal performance. Be careful with ad budgets to maximize returns and prevent overspending.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Site of Employment: 39 Aurora Blvd, Quezon City.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital PR, social media management, or account services.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting skills without reliance on AI tools, with experience in writing social media content and press releases.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, contribute to campaign conceptualization, and participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to attend immersions and client events as required.
  • This will require on-site job days as needed by the company.
  • On brand immersions, you must be willing to commute or travel to different locations depending on the client's location to create content (All immersion transportation expenses will be shouldered by the company.)
