Role Description

Multibiz International Corporation is seeking a full-time HR Recruitment Assistant for an on-site position located in Silang. The HR Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Additional tasks may include assisting with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing support in employee relations activities. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role requires collaboration with team members to ensure efficient operations of the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management processes
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
