About the role

Become a vital part of our thriving warehousing and logistics operation as a Quality Assurance Specialist at 101 Supply Chain Solutions Inc. Based at our state-of-the-art facility in Silang, Cavite, this full-time role will see you playing a key part in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to identify and resolve any quality issues
  • Documenting quality control processes and maintaining meticulous records
  • Collaborating with the operations team to implement and enhance quality assurance procedures
  • Analysing quality data to identify trends and recommend continuous improvements
  • Supporting the implementation of quality management systems and audits
  • Providing expert guidance and training to warehouse personnel on quality best practices

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in a quality assurance or control role, ideally within a warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of quality management principles, techniques and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently follow quality control protocols
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive quality improvements
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the operations team
  • Relevant qualifications in quality management, logistics or a related discipline
