-A strong understanding of FTTH/FTTx architectures, fiber optic technologies, and outside plant (OSP) design is critical.

-Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations for telecommunications and construction is necessary.

-The ability to manage and maintain detailed design documentation, including technical drawings and schematics

-Develop and manage the design process. Such as Create and manage the engineering design process flow for FTTH, from planning through to

the completion of as-built packages.

-Create network designs that oversee the creation of detailed network layouts, including fiber routes, splice plans, and equipment placement using tools like GIS and CAD software.

-Optimize routing and design to ensure designs are cost-effective, efficient, and technically sound, considering factors like existing infrastructure, environmental impact, and construction methods.

-Establish and maintain standard design packages, OSP specifications, and quality control procedures for all design activities.

-Manage and lead a team of designers, providing guidance, training, and technical expertise. Manage project lifecycle: Oversee projects from the planning stage to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

-Handle project coordination: Coordinate with various internal and external teams, including project managers, field teams, and constructionpartners. Manage workload and resources: Manage the workload of the design team to meet project milestones and client expectations.
