We are seeking an experienced Information Design professional to lead a growing design team. This is a night shift role in a remote/ hybrid setup that will focus on creating high-impact proposals, decks, and RFP responses while also providing day-to-day leadership and creative direction.

Job Description:

  • Manage a team of designers in producing proposals, decks, RFPs, and other client-facing materials.
  • Translate complex information into clear, visually compelling content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Provide creative direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to ensure materials meet client needs.
  • Maintain consistency with design guidelines while introducing fresh, modern approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in information design, proposal design, or related roles.
  • Strong background in leading creative teams or managing design projects.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
