What will you do as Affinity Marketing Sales Support Manager:

The Affinity Marketing Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing day to day operations and administrative requirements of the department which includes:

  1. Account Management Support
  2. Billing and Collection of Premiums from Partners
  3. Handles LCR requirements of both new and existing partners
  4. Supervise Sales Support Officer responsible for Affinity Marketing Partner account management
  5. Supervise Admin Assistant responsible for handling client inquiries, complaints, claims, etc.
  6. Serve as Governance Supervisor and Business Analyst for the BU

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Operations from Insurance or Financial & Banking Industry
  • Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Analytical Skills
