JOB PURPOSE

To effectively, efficiently and profitably contribute to the development of the Company's group business through direct affinity relations. Also responsible for leading and/or contributing to the Company's efforts at developing alternative channels of distribution.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Marketing

  • Delivers actual sales based on targets, inclusive of initial contract through eventual presentation on site. Regular revies and improves the sales approach.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of its current sales process.
  • Conducts research of its target market.
  • Validates and implements the efficiency of the administrative services and implementing guidelines, systems and procedures.
  • Designs the marketing and support materials such as Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), presentation guides, scripts, premium tables etc. as necessary.
  • Negotiates with clients for group accident, group life, group critical illness and Worksite marketing business to arrive in win-win solutions.

Underwriting

  • Pre-underwrites group accounts, calculates premiums and prepares proposal of necessary. Pre-underwrites individual applications.

Servicing of Accounts

  • Services accounts leveraging on prompt and efficient after sales service. Evaluates completeness of claim documents.

Market Research

  • Provides relevant data and recommends necessary changes to ensure that products and services are competitive and simplified for all concerned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree course.
  • With at least two (2) years relevant work experience preferably gained from the financial services and/or insurance & healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Willing to be assigned in our head office in Makati City
  • Proven sales track record

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • With excellent attention to detail, Organizational Savvy and Results oriented
