Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a QA and Training Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance and training coupled with excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Training and Development:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members and stakeholders understand policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify training needs and implement solutions to bridge skill gaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct new hire training for all new US and Philippines employees
  • Maintain and create all training and resource materials in a timely manner
  • Provide timely feedback on trainees, including areas for concern
  • Provide monthly assessments and ongoing education to staff

  • Work with IT to ensure logins and credentials are working properly on first day of training.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and team's workflows.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal processes and provider network communications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Complete and compile QA audits (case and call) and work with leadership team to address knowledge gap with the staff
  • Identify workflow gaps by working with other departments and QA results
  • Provide feedback to leadership teams on trends that each department needs to focus on to ensure quality of work output
  • Participate in internal calibration meetings to ensure we are up to standard protocols/workflows

  • Analyze data trends on audit results; prepare reporting

  • Policy and Procedure Management:

  • Write, update, and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures align with current regulations and best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation.

  • Project Management:

  • Provide support to Provider Management
  • Complete special projects, tasks, or assignments as directed by leadership

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and outcomes.

  • Miscellaneous:

  • Foster an environment that embraces and celebrates MedRisk's Core Values
  • Identify potential or existing system and/or procedural challenges and notify leadership and assist in resolution, if needed
  • Maintain the SharePoint site with all necessary information for Provider Management as a whole

  • Other projects and assignments, based on business need, as assigned by leadership

  • Note: Duties & Responsibilities can change at any given time, based on business need, as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, and/or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in training, quality assurance, and/or leadership roles
  • Exceptional verbal and written
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with provider networks is a plus
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Outlook
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback
  • Adaptability
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Prior teaching and/or training experience preferred
  • Prior quality assurance experience preferred
