Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Manage financial transactions and handle inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details in the system.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High school graduate
  • 1 Year of BPO experience required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least conversant in the English language with confidence
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
