Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Representative specializing in POS, Merchant, and E-commerce systems. Based in Makati, the role allows for a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Support Representative will handle merchant inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide technical guidance and resolutions. Additionally, the role involves diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high level of service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve client inquiries effectively.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise to identify, diagnose, and resolve system or service-related issues.
  • Analytical Skills with the ability to assess problems, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues in a clear, non-technical manner.
  • Experience in POS, merchant, or e-commerce systems is a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility and adaptability to varying work environments.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and technical tools is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
