JOB SUMMARY

Overall responsible for the implementation of the Brand's Merchandising operations. Inventory Analysis aligned with the direction of Sales and Marketing goals. Identify innovative business building ideas to increase business prospects. Develop promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability. In charge of brand positioning and communication strategies. Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events. Industrial Engineering or BS Math Major is an advantage. The candidate will provide a comprehensive numerical analysis on merchandising data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides significant analysis on how the brand is positioned in the market and determines targeted consumers insights.
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies for the brand.
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure, with merchandising team, that brand has optimized merchandise mix, high sell through and healthy inventory.
  • Lead channel development while working closely with sales departments on building and pushing sales.
  • Lead the brand's creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to "take action" through strategic work plan.
  • Establish Bestway performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates vs. reasonable profit.
  • Measure and report Bestway performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Provides effective recommendations based on the inputs.
  • Lead in marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Design and oversee the brand's digital marketing strategies including but not limited to digital campaigns, social media platforms, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies which are relevant and doable.
