Job Summary

We are seeking a
Merchandising Associate Manager
who will play a key role in developing and executing merchandising strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position involves product assortment planning, category management, pricing, and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for market trends, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assortment planning, pricing, and promotions to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend actions to optimize sales and inventory levels.
  • Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to guide merchandising strategies.
  • Support the development of merchandising calendars, launches, and campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment of merchandising activities with overall brand and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
