About the role

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our retail products are displayed and presented in an engaging and visually appealing manner to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Arrange and maintain product displays to maximise visibility and appeal
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly organised
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying and reporting any issues
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement new merchandising strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Assist with other tasks as required to support the overall operations

What we're looking for

  • Without Experience as Merchandiser
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move light to medium-weight merchandise
