  1. Merchandising Execution

  2. Set up product displays, signage, and promotional materials according to brand guidelines and planograms.

  3. Ensure all products are properly stocked, rotated, and presented attractively on shelves.

  4. Promotions & Brand Activation

  5. Support promotional campaigns and in-store activations, including product sampling, giveaways, or demos.

  6. Engage with customers to provide product information and encourage purchases.

  7. Monitoring & Reporting

  8. Track and report on competitor activities, promotional performance, and inventory levels.

  9. Submit timely reports on completed visits, sales performance, and display compliance.

  10. Retail Partner Relations

  11. Coordinate with store managers and staff to secure optimal display locations and promotional space.

  12. Maintain good working relationships with retail partners to support ongoing visibility.

  13. Stock Management

  14. Ensure availability of promotional stock and monitor inventory in assigned locations.

  15. Coordinate with sales teams for timely replenishment of merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (College background is a plus).
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar promotional role.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and product placement strategies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physically fit to handle lifting, carrying, and setting up displays.
  • Willingness to travel to different store locations as required.
