Scope of the Project

This project involves the construction of a Septage Treatment Plant (Sewage Treatment Plant)(Intake Building, Water Treatment/Dewatering Building) with a daily treatment capacity of 150m³, funded by Japan. Within this project, our company is responsible for construction supervision as the construction consultant.

Position Overview

This is a critically important position that
ensures construction quality
through various inspection and verification tasks at the construction site, under the direction of the Resident Supervisor (Chief Technical Officer) stationed on-site.

Work details

  1. Quality Inspection Operations
    (On-site inspections during various construction phases such as rebar, formwork, and concrete placement) The bullet points have been made clearer, and specific inspection items have been specified.
  2. Testing Supervision
    (Supervising various material tests such as rebar strength and concrete compressive strength)
  3. Site Condition Verification and Reporting
    (Verifying construction progress, safety management status, etc.)
  4. Construction Drawing and Plan Verification
    (Technical review of documents and plans submitted by contractors)

Qualification Requirements

  1. Individuals who have graduated from a university civil engineering or architecture department
  2. Individuals with
    at least five years of on-site management experience at construction sites or practical experience as a construction consultant
  3. PC Skills
    (Creating documents and managing data using Excel and Word)
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with contractors
    (both verbally and in writing)

Working Conditions

  1. Contract Period:
    January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 (
    Subject to extension depending on project status
    )
  2. Working place
    : Construction site, F Cabahug St. Cebu City, 6000, Cebu
  3. Working Hours:
    8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours of actual work including breaks) Overtime work may occur depending on the situation at the site.
    Overtime work will be adjusted through the flextime system.
  4. Day off
    : Saturday, Sunday and public holidays Depending on the situation at the site, you may be required to come to work. (
    In such cases, you will be provided with a substitute holiday or holiday pay.
    )
  5. Paid leave
    : 15 days / year,
    Medical leave
    : 15 days / year
  6. Salary:
    Determined according to company policy, taking into account experience and skills.
