Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products efficiently within the distribution center. Ensures accuracy of inventory, timely dispatch of goods, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
  • Organize and store products in designated areas.
  • Prepare and pack orders accurately for delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages/damages.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, scanner, etc.) safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth distribution.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.

Qualifications
  • At least High School Graduate (College level/degree is an advantage).
  • With experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics is preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work (lifting, packing, organizing).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule or shifting as required.
  • Forklift or equipment operation certification is an advantage (if applicable).
