Alcantron Medical Device Distributor, a key partner of world-renowned medical brand BIOTRONIK, is looking for a driven Clinical Specialist - CRM (Electrophysiology) to join our team.

What you'll do:

  • Provide technical and clinical support during cardiac electrophysiology procedures
  • Be the go-to expert for physicians and healthcare teams using BIOTRONIK devices
  • Assist in training, education, and field troubleshooting
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital teams
  • Support sales, product development, and clinical trials

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Fresh grads welcome (Preferably with a science or med-tech background)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel frequently and provide support during off-hours or weekends if needed
  • High energy, eagerness to learn, and passion for healthcare
