Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, or chat, depending on assignment
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a professional and timely manner
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the system accurately
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product, service, and policy knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements
- Adhere to company guidelines, communication standards, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service (voice and non-voice channels)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling phone, email, and chat support
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
