Livestream Operations Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensures quality equipment set up and consistency of high-quality video stream throughout the shoot or livestream;

  2. Facilitates video and photoshoot of KOLs/hosts for needed content or digital asset curation for social media accounts being handled.

  3. Oversees and executes all aspects of livestream production according to plan, including casting, set design, and technical integration from start to finish.

  4. Prepares digital assets, audio files, scenes, livestream product sets, and streaming protocol before the live stream;

  5. Design OBS layouts and stickers for TSP livestreams or any digital campaigns. Ensure they adhere to the correct format and are compatible with the digital output;

  6. You will also be responsible for video and photo editing as assigned by the Creative Head or management for various marketing collateral, ensuring all deadlines are met;

  7. Troubleshoots video and audio streaming systems and addresses necessary technical problems.

  8. Prepares sales reports and other relevant reports generated from their streaming PCs that are vital to management strategic planning and decision-making;

  9. Monitors the upkeep of livestreaming equipment and make necessary and real-time reports about equipment needs, issues, and other needs;

  10. Participates actively in brainstorming with the team and the management for livestream campaign requirements, video content production, and other relevant matters;

  11. Aligns with the company policies, mission, vision, goals, and objectives;

  12. Accomplishes other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
