Team is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join its dynamic branding team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional product expertise and customer engagement across multiple channels.

Product Expertise & Trend Monitoring

  • Maintains deep and up-to-date knowledge of Dazzle Me's full product portfolio, including formulations, key benefits, usage techniques, and insights.
  • stays abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and consumer preferences in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Supports new products development by providing feedback and insights based on customer behavior and market observations.

Training & Development

  • Facilitates product training for internal teams to ensure consistent brand knowledge and messaging.
  • Develops training materials, quick guides, and briefing decks to support seasonal launches and campaigns.
  • Showcases product features, application methods.
  • Supports livestreaming and event-based marketing by serving as the product expert.

Feedback & Reporting

  • Gathers customer feedback on product performance, satisfaction, and emerging concerns.
  • Reports insights to the branding and product teams to help guide future improvements and product direction.
  • Assists in identifying bestsellers, slow-moving SKUs, and opportunities for new product innovations.

Inventory & Merchandising Support

  • Monitoring product availability and coordinates with cross-functional teams for timely replenishment.
  • Ensures key visuals adhere to the brand guidelines.
  • Tracks product shelf life and supports proper inventory rotation when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry
  • Strong understanding of both skincare and makeup categories
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Skilled in the public speaking and leading presentations
  • Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about the beauty industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
